RA-FEWS targets WCAG 2.2 AA conformance across the marketing site and dashboard. We test with axe-core in CI and conduct manual screen-reader sweeps each release.

Standards and testing

We test against WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Automated axe-core scans run in CI on every primary page in English, German and Arabic. Each release also includes a manual keyboard-only walkthrough and a screen-reader smoke test.

Known issues

The interactive map renders to a WebGL canvas, which assistive technology cannot read directly. We mitigate this: all map data is also available in non-visual form via the catchment list, the warnings panel, the exceedance table, and the hydrograph data table — a screen-reader user can complete every task without the map.
